Seth Rollins And Stephen Amell To Appear On WWE Backstage Tonight

Since WWE Backstage debuted on FOX, Seth Rollins has been a hot topic on the show. After CM Punk returned to the WWE fold, Rollins challenged him to a fight. Punk responded on the programme, telling Rollins to "stop tweeting" and to focus on his work inside the squared circle. Rollins has also been criticised by Booker T and Paige during previous episodes.

Now WWE have announced that the former Universal Champion will appear on tonight's episode. However, fans hoping for a showdown with Punk will be sorely disappointed, as the Best In The World announced on Twitter that he will not be in Los Angeles for the broadcast.

Arrow star Stephen Amell will also appear on tonight's episode as the special guest for Promo School. Since the segment was introduced, former WCW World Heavyweight Champion David Arquette and comedian Gabriel Iglesias have also appeared on the show.

Amell does have history within professional wrestling through his relationship with Cody Rhodes. At SummerSlam 2015 Amell teamed with Neville to defeat Stardust and King Barrett. He also competed at All In in a losing effort against Christopher Daniels.
