MVP Confirms He Has Been Hired As A Backstage Producer By WWE

The former United States Champion will now get his wish, as MVP confirmed during a recent episode of

that he will be re-joining WWE as a backstage producer. He also hinted he would be interested in an on-screen role, similar to his segment on last week's episode of Monday Night Raw.

MVP said: "I'm going to go ahead and give you a scoop. Whether or not I'll be seen on WWE television more has yet to be seen, because I don't make those decisions. But I would definitely make myself available for an on-screen role in some capacity, but I'll be joining the team as a backstage producer."

The former IWGP Intercontinental Champion is known to have a close relationship with Raw Executive Director Paul Heyman, so it is expected he will link up with him going forward.
