WWE fans had to be evacuated from The Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, Missouri, following the Women's Royal Rumble.

After the winner of the match, Ronda Rousey, pointed at the WrestleMania 38 sign, as every Royal Rumble victor does, pyro went off around the sign but it had unintended consequences.

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, who is in attendance for the pay-per-view, noted on Twitter that the pyro melted the sign and a video showed what appeared to be liquid plastic dripping to the floor below.

As a result, the section below the WrestleMania 38 sign was evacuated and it was worked on during Becky Lynch and Doudrop's Raw Women's Title match.

Lynch even referenced the sign melting during her match, claiming it set on fire because she was "so hot." The fiery woman then went on to successfully retain her Raw Women's Title.

Beyond the sign catching fire, Royal Rumble featured some fiery moments, including a WWE Title change and a heel turn from Paul Heyman. Find out more here.
