WWE filed to dismiss their lawsuit against the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in the US District Court of Connecticut on March 10, court documents obtained by Heel By Nature have revealed.

The lawsuit was filed by Martine G. Cuomo, a partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP on behalf of WWE back on January 26. The nature of the case was sealed to the public, but reports at the time noted the lawsuit was likely because WWE were unable to get a Superstar or employee into the United States.

If it was related to the case is unknown, but Jordan Devlin announced during last night's NXT that his travel ban from the US had been lifted and he would be returning to the black and gold brand soon to prove he is the true Cruiserweight Champion.

Devlin captured the title at Worlds Collide 2020 but he was stranded in Ireland at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and Santos Escobar was crowned Cruiserweight Champion in his absence. Devlin was also accused of physically abusing a female during the Speaking Out movement. The Irish Superstar said the allegation was "completely and utterly false" and claimed it was part of a "malicious personal agenda" against him.
