It’s customary for WWE to split up tag teams during the WWE Draft, with legendary teams such as The Dudley Boyz and The New Day separated in the past.

Now, per a report from PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, WWE were close to splitting up former Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits, but seemingly changed their minds last minute, with the duo drafted by Raw on last night’s episode.

The original plan was to have Montez Ford jump ship to Raw with wife Bianca Belair, whilst Angelo Dawkins stayed on SmackDown. Instead, WWE scrapped those plans, and instead opted to split the team of Mace and T-Bar, with Mac on SmackDown, and T-Bar on Raw.

The new and updated WWE Raw and SmackDown rosters won’t go into effect until Friday October 22, so there is the possibility for more twists and turns as the weeks roll on, with the roster shake-up coming into effect after WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
