Update On Eric Bischoff's AEW Status

On this week's episode of Dynamite, Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy continued their rivalry as they faced off in a Super Wednesday Debate. The debate included numerous memorable moments as The King Of Sloth Style shocked the audience at home by giving a detailed description of rising sea levels and he later cut Le Champion off and said he was going to embarrass him next week.

Le Champion teased the debate would be chaired by a special guest moderator who would "blow people's minds" and minds were sufficiently blown as Eric Bischoff made his return to TNT after 20 years away.

Many fans were happy to see Eazy E in AEW and wondered if he would be making future appearances in the young promotion.

This won't be the case, however, as during a recent interview with Bill Pritchard at Wrestle Zone, Bischoff revealed his appearance was just "a cameo."

The former President of WCW said: "No. It was a cameo and it made sense in that particular scene between Orange Cassidy and Chris Jericho."
