Toxic Attraction Offered WWE Women's Tag Team Title Shot

Toxic Attraction have been one of the most dominant forces in NXT since the launch of NXT 2.0 in 2021, with the group’s resident tag team Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne having reigned with the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles twice over the past year.

Unfortunately for Dolin and Jayne, they dropped the tag titles to Katana Chance and Kayden Karter in August and recently missed out on a rematch by failing to defeat Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark in a number one contenders' match. 

However, there could be a silver lining in store for Toxic Attraction, as Damage CTRL’s Bayley offered Dolin and Jayne a shot at WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, saying the following on Twitter:

“Hey Toxic….too bad you lost. Maybe you’d like a different Tag Team Title shot…”

Toxic Attraction were part of the recent Women’s Tag Team Title tournament before being withdrawn due to an injury suffered by Dolin, with Damage CTRL ringside for the team’s first-round win over Natalya and Sonya Deville.
