WWE Hall Of Famer Ted DiBiase, Ted DiBiase Jr and Brett DiBiase have been ordered to repay a combined fee totalling millions of dollars back to the state of Mississippi.

The demands come after an auditor reached a conclusion to the biggest embezzlement scandal in Mississippi history.

Mississippi State Auditor Shad White named DiBiase and his sons in a statement issued on Tuesday, as per the Mississippi Free Press, declaring the named individuals had 30 days to repay misspent TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) money. or would face a civil lawsuit.

"Now that (the federal audit is) complete, we are in a position to demand the illegally spent welfare funds be returned to the state," White said.

Ted DiBiase is being ordered to repay $722,299, which was received by his Christian ministry, Heart of David Ministries. DiBiase Jr is being ordered to repay $3.903 million, while Brett DiBiase is said to owe $225,950.

The audit, and subsequent financial repayment demands, have also reportedly been made to NFL star Brett Favre, The Marcus DuPree Foundation - owned by the NFL player of the same name, and Nancy and Zach New.
