WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon has claimed WWE have a "young, diverse fanbase" with 75% of their fans situated in the key 18-49 demographic.

McMahon made the claim during a meeting with advertisers ahead of the Survivor Series pay-per-view on Sunday, saying: "We have a young, diverse fanbase. Over 75% of our fans are in that sweet spot, 18-49. 40% of our audience is women and we over-index with both African-American and Hispanic audiences."

The chief brand officer also touted the company's massive reach across several platforms, adding: "Nine out of the top 15 most followed female athletes in the world across all social platforms are WWE Superstars. We are the number one most followed sports brand on TikTok... We are the number one sports channel on YouTube and the sixth most viewed channel on YouTube all around the world."

McMahon did not reveal how WWE came up with the 75% in 18-49 figure. The company certainly does not have such support in the 18-49 demo when it comes to linear TV viewership, with recent editions of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown drawing between 33% and 35% in the key demo.

WWE President Nick Khan has previously noted that younger audiences catch up on WWE content on other platforms outside of TV, however.
