A released WWE talent has resurfaced, making their Major League Wrestling debut at the recent Battle Riot IV tapings.

Spoilers ahead.

During the Battle Riot match itself - similar to WWE’s Royal Rumble - former NXT 2.0 talent Parker Boudreaux made their way into the match as entrant number 40, but reportedly did not last long in the bout.

The match was ultimately won by Jacob Fatu, who outlasted Killer Kross, Sami Callihan, and Real1 (Enzo Amore) in the final four, with the victory guaranteeing Fatu a future shot at MLW World Champion Alex Hammerstone.

Boudreaux was signed by WWE to a developmental deal to great hype and expectation in February 2021, with Boudreaux baring a passing resemblance to a young Brock Lesnar. After the launch of NXT 2.0 in September 2021, Boudreaux finally debuted, now renamed Harland, and was aligned with Joe Gacy.

As Harland, Boudreaux only managed six matches in NXT, before being released by WWE in April 2022, with reports stating that WWE believed that Boudreaux had "not progressed in the ring quite enough for their liking.”
