Over three years since she last held gold, Ronda Rousey is a champion in WWE once again.

The Rowdy One faced Charlotte Flair in an "I Quit" Match for the SmackDown Women's Title at Sunday's WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view from Providence, Rhode Island.

Both women fought back and forth in a match that featured kendo sticks, a brawl through the crowd, Natural Selection on a steel chair, and a Fiend shoutout from Pat McAfee after the SmackDown commentator thought he saw Bray Wyatt in the front row.

Flair made a mistake down the stretch, though, after she said "Happy Mother's Day" to Rousey which caused The Baddest Woman On The Planet to apply an Armbar to Charlotte through a steel chair. Flair initially refused to quit but Rousey wrenched back which prompted Flair to say "I quit," handing her title to Rousey in the process.

Rousey was Raw Women's Champion during her first WWE run but her WrestleMania Backlash win begins her first reign as the champ on the blue brand.

Rousey and Flair previously faced off at WrestleMania 38 and The Baddest Woman On The Planet looked to have that match won on two occasions, only for Flair to pick up the victory with a Big Boot after Rousey checked on the WWE referee.

The UFC Hall Of Famer has been back in WWE since her return at January's Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
