Report: WWE "Very Upset" About Brodie Lee Segment On AEW: Dynamite
Never sneeze in front of Vince...

On this week’s of Dynamite, new AEW signing Brodie Lee parodied WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. During a vignette, The Exalted One enjoyed a steak dinner with Alex Reynolds and John Silver and he berated his disciples for trying to find strength in numbers and that they will do what they want, when they want. While Lee was speaking, Silver dared to touch his steak before his leader had finished which caused The Exalted One to toss him from the room in anger.
Then, Reynolds performed a despicable act and sneezed in front on his lord and saviour. Lee was so vexed with this he shot out of his chair and told his disciple to get out of his room.
This was ultimately a parody of Vince McMahon. WWE’s CEO is famous in the wrestling world for hating anyone sneezing in front of him as he perceives it to be a sign of weakness and a lack of self-control.
There has been somewhat of a backlash to the segment inside WWE as Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the company was "very upset" with Lee for making fun of his former boss.
Meltzer said: "It's 100 percent Vince McMahon. Vince McMahon eating at Morton's steak house, getting mad because he's got to eat first, getting mad at people sneezing. There's some people very upset about this believe it or not. I thought it was kind of funny though."
