WWE are planning on running another major international show in the future, according to a new report.
Per Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the state government of Western Australia is negotiating with WWE to run a major stadium show in the country. It added that the likely city would be Perth, which recently hosted a UFC show.
WWE have run various stadium shows in Australia in the past, including 2002's Global Warning (an edited version of which was subsequently released on DVD) and 2018's Super ShowDown (which aired on the WWE Network).
Both of those shows emanated from Melbourne and attracted tens of thousands of fans. WWE have also held many non-televised live events in Australia.
It is unknown whether the future show would be a premium live event or non-televised.
WWE currently count Rhea Ripley, Emma and Bronson Reed as Australian-born main roster members, while NXT's Grayson Waller, Indi Hartwell, Xyon Quinn and Duke Hudson also come from The Land Down Under.
