Report: Update On WWE WrestleMania 37 Card
Much around 'Mania remains a mystery
Jan 29, 2021
While WWE traditionally has much of the WrestleMania card planned out well in advance, news around this year's show has been scarce so far. All of the matches on the card remain a mystery, but reports have noted that John Cena and Goldberg are "nearly locks" for The Showcase Of The Immortals.
Dave Meltzer provided an update on the 'Mania card in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Only Roman Reigns' Universal Title match has been finalised for the show, but his opponent is currently unknown beyond that it won't be Shinsuke Nakamura. John Cena will also be at 'Mania, but if he will wrestle on the show has yet to be decided.
Many people who have worked for WWE for a long period noted to Meltzer they have never seen a WrestleMania build like this where there is so little finalised for the show by the Royal Rumble.
WrestleMania 37 will once again be a two-night event and will take place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on April 10 and April 11.
