Report: Update On Sasha Banks' Absence From WWE TV
Banks is cleared to come back

Sasha Banks has been absent from WWE TV since mid-August and the former SmackDown Women's Champion appears to be no closer to making her return.
After taking time off following WrestleMania 37, Banks returned on July 30 to restart her feud with Bianca Belair. The Boss would only be on TV for a few weeks, though, before she missed two house shows on August 14 and August 15 and was pulled from the SummerSlam pay-per-view at the last minute.
WWE reportedly hoped Banks would return for the September 10 SmackDown from Madison Square Garden but that show has been and gone without an appearance from The Blueprint.
In an update, Wrestling Inc's Raj Giri noted Banks has been medically cleared to return to WWE TV, but the creative team is still coming up with a storyline for the 29-year-old.
"She's medically cleared, it's just creative coming up with something for her. I would love to see her cutting a promo and get interrupted by Toni Storm and have that be a program," Giri tweeted.
While Banks had been feuding with Bianca Belair before she disappeared from TV, The EST of WWE has since moved on to a rivalry with Becky Lynch.
