Report: Santana Garrett Was Quietly Moved To The WWE Main Roster Months Ago

Back at the Great American Bash, Santana Garrett went one on one with Mercedes Martinez and was promptly squashed by the former RETRIBUTION member in under three minutes. Garrett hasn't appeared on WWE TV since.

According to Fightful Select, The Midwest Sweetheart was called up to the main roster in the summer and then never appeared on Raw or SmackDown. Several ideas were pitched for Garrett, including her being in a tag team, but none of them were finalised. The WWE Superstar previously competed on the main roster following WrestleMania 36 but was promptly moved back to NXT.

Garrett isn't the only Women's Superstar who has moved to the main roster and then not been used. Fightful previously reported that Chelsea Green and Vanessa Borne were moved to Raw or SmackDown earlier this year. Green hasn't been seen since she ditched Robert Stone in May and Borne's last televised match was back on January 15 when she competed in a battle royal to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women's Title.
