If the ending segment of last weekend's Clash At The Castle pay-per-view felt like it wasn't supposed to air, there could be a very good reason for that.

According to Freddie Prinze Jr. - speaking on his latest Wrestling with Freddie podcast - WWE forgot to cut the feed at the right moment, airing something that was only supposed to be for the benefit of the live crowd.

"The end of the match was weird because they forgot to say cut. I know this for a fact. I asked a couple of people. They left the feed running and all of a sudden Drew McIntyre was feeling good, Tyson Fury came out to the ring, and they sang 'Sweet Caroline' after a loss. It was so weird".

After Roman Reigns retained his Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Drew McIntyre, Tyson Fury entered the ring and shook hands with The Tribal Chief, before Reigns and Solo Sikoa walked backstage.

Ostensibly in a bid to 'send the crowd home happy', The Scottish Warrior cut a promo before he and Fury led the crowd in a singalong.

As well as 'Sweet Caroline', they serenaded those inside Principality Stadium (as well as people watching at home) with renditions of 'American Pie' and 'Don't Look Back in Anger'.
