Monday Night Raw commentator Dio Maddin has been off our TV screens since taking a Brock Lesnar F5 through the announce table on November 4.
Paul Heyman and Lesnar were threatening Jerry Lawler, so Dio stepped up to defend The King and paid the ultimate price.
Some fans have speculated that WWE may be transitioning to a two-man team like Friday Night Smackdown's Michael Cole and Corey Graves.
However, fans don't need to worry however as per a report from
PWInsider, Maddin is set to return to the announce table at some point and is simply being kept off TV to sell the brutality of Brock's attack.
Maddin is a recent addition to the Monday Night Raw announce booth, having debuted ahead of SmackDown's first episode on FOX. He joined Vic Joseph and Jerry "The King" Lawler as part of a revamped commentary team.
The former Houston Texan was previously a Superstar in NXT wrestling on house shows. He did appear on Booker T's Reality of Wrestling, however, under his former ring name of Marcellus Black.
