Report: Reason Becky Lynch Missed WWE Raw Revealed

One of WWE's top stars was missing from the April 17 edition of Monday Night Raw in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Becky Lynch suddenly announced ahead of the show that she wouldn't be on Raw, writing on Twitter: "I won't be coming to Raw today."

This fuelled wild speculation on social media, with some wondering if Lynch was on her way out of the company after she also changed her Twitter name to her real name, Rebecca Quin.

The tweet was ultimately part of Lynch's storyline with Trish Stratus, with the WWE Hall of Famer even replying with a clip of Lynch's husband Seth Rollins saying, "Bye-bye b*tch." Stratus turned heel on Lynch on last week's Raw after they lost the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

Instead of any unhappiness, Lynch was off Raw due to a minor injury, WRKD Wrestling reported. Fightful Select then confirmed that Lynch has exacerbated a minor foot injury she has been dealing with and WWE sources indicated there were "no issues to their knowledge between Becky Lynch and WWE."

Trish Stratus still appeared on Raw in Lynch's absence and explained why she turned heel last week. The two top talents are reportedly set to face off at SummerSlam on August 5.
