Brian Kendrick is seemingly back with WWE.

If the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion has re-signed with the company is unknown but Fightful Select have reported that Kendrick and Jason Jordan were the producers for the SmackDown Women's Title match between Ronda Rousey and Shotzi at Survivor Series WarGames.

If Kendrick is back with WWE, it would be his fourth run with the organisation. He previously worked with WWE as an in-ring talent from 2002 until 2004, then again from 2005 until 2009 before a third run as a trainer/wrestler from 2014 until 2020. Kendrick then transitioned to a producer/coaching role in NXT until he was granted his release in early 2022.

Kendrick was set to debut in All Elite Wrestling on the February 2, 2022, edition of Dynamite against Jon Moxley but offensive remarks made by him in 2011 and 2013 in conspiracy videos resurfaced ahead of the show. His debut was then scrapped and Kendrick was officially released by AEW in May.

Conspiracy theories mentioned by Kendrick included that the Holocaust was overblown to justify the creation of Israel, that gas chambers in WW2 concentration camps were for delousing, and that the Sandy Hook shooting was faked. He also argued the Moon could be a hollow space station for aliens.

Kendrick apologised for his comments after his AEW debut was scrapped, writing: "I apologize for all the hurt and embarassment I have caused with my words. These are not my beliefs and never were beliefs of mine, and I crossed the line. I spread the most vile comments without thinking of the damage it would cause. I will live with this regret for the rest of my life. I am truly sorry for the pain I have caused."
