The fourth outbreak in five months...

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, WWE has had three major outbreaks at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The first outbreak began in late-June and 38 people reportedly tested positive. A SmackDown taping then had to be cut short in August because of more positive COVID-19 tests. The company suffered a third wave of positive tests in late-September. Multiple Superstars were subsequently pulled from Clash Of Champions and changes were made to NXT TV.
Dave Meltzer of F4W Online first reported there has been another COVID-19 outbreak at the WWE Performance Center. The outbreak started on Friday, October 23 and people who were at the training facility that day have been asked to quarantine for two weeks.
Meltzer also noted aspects of Halloween Havoc will have to be changed. One source said nobody who is a regular on NXT TV has tested positive.
As of writing, 100 fans are still scheduled to attend Halloween Havoc tonight.
Fightful Select later reported additional details about the outbreak. NXT held an in-house live event on Friday and people in attendance have been asked to quarantine. The black and gold brand regularly holds these events to see how NXT talent is progressing.
People who did not attend the event were kept in the dark about the outbreak and WWE has asked many of them to be in attendance for Halloween Havoc to help with crowd noise.
