Released WWE NXT Superstar Deonna Purrazzo Returns To IMPACT Wrestling
She's hoping to seize the opportunity...
May 27, 2020
Back on April 15, WWE released 37 Superstars including Cain Velasquez, Sarah Logan, Drake Maverick, Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, and Rusev.
NXT Superstar Deonna Purrazzo was also released by the company. The Virtuosa has since said she was unhappy in WWE as she doesn't think she had the opportunity to showcase what she could do and thinks the company only signed her to stop her from wrestling at All In.
Purrazzo will have the chance to showcase herself going forward as she returned to IMPACT Wrestling yesterday. The former Ring Of Honor star appeared during a pre-taped vignette and declared she was a master technician inside the squared circle.
The Virtuosa's appearance in IMPACT comes as somewhat of a surprise as she has previously said she would like to sign with All Elite Wrestling. However, she did note that she would love to sign with IMPACT if AEW wasn't an option. She will now join up with the likes of Su Yung, Taya Valkyrie, Jordynne Grace, Kylie Rae and Jessicka Havok in the Knockouts division.
