Randy Orton Paid $1000 For Someone To Level Up His Elden Ring Character

Randy Orton wasn't going to waste his time to "get good" at Elden Ring, the latest FromSoftware entry in the Soulsborne genre that was released in February 2022.

In a broadcast of The Insiderz, the Twitch channel from former WWE tag team Mace and Mansoor, the Maximum Male Models revealed Randy Orton once approached them backstage at Monday Night Raw, only to reveal that he paid someone $1000 to provide him with infinite runes so Orton could immediately level up his character.

"Yeah, it's f*****g hard. I paid a guy $1,000 bucks to give me infinite runes so I could level up to 100 right away," Orton said, according to Mansoor.

Mace added (impersonating Orton): "I love that game, though. It's awesome. But no, I couldn't deal with that bulls**t so I just paid a guy to give me a bunch of runes."

Orton has had plenty of free time to play Elden Ring over the past year, having been out of action with a serious back injury since May 2022. Orton underwent back fusion surgery later in the year.

He is currently preparing for an in-ring return, having recently been spotted training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Elden Ring was critically acclaimed upon release.
