The Intercontinental Championship is one of WWE's most prestigious titles.

First established in 1979, the Title has always been seen as WWE's 'workhorse' Championship - the strap given to the person next destined for great things within the promotion.

The Title may not be quite used in that way any more, but there's still been 179 separate reigns with the belt since its inception 42 years ago.

But how many can you remember?

Apollo Crews currently lifts the Intercontinental Championship high above his head, after his win on Night Two of WrestleMania 37, so we've deliberately left him off the list, but how many of the other 178 reigns can you recall?
