It was on this day eight years ago that the WWE Universe met Bray Wyatt.

Wyatt would make his WWE Raw debut on July 8 2013. The leader of his own family, Wyatt would be accompanied to the ring by Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. The trio would set their sights on their first victim in WWE - Kane.

Eight years on, and it's been a rollercoaster of a ride for Wyatt. Split from the Wyatt Family, he would win the WWE Championship before slipping down the card. A gimmick rejig let to the birth of WWE's most compelling character in years - The Fiend. But even that gimmick has fallen somewhat flat in recent times.

Wyatt hasn't been seen on WWE television since the night after WrestleMania 37 but the two-time Universal Champion has been involved in some of WWE's biggest pay-per-view matches of the last eight years.
