Following WWE's purchase of EVOLVE, the company signed several wrestlers who used to work for the WWN Live promotion.

Leon Ruff joined WWE back in July and the company added Brandi Lauren, Josh Briggs, Anthony Greene, Curt Stallion and former CZW World Heavyweight Champion Joe Gacy to the roster in late-August. Former EVOLVE referee Jake Clemons also signed on the dotted line.

WWE officially announced yesterday that the latest round of new recruits have reported to the Performance Center. The aforementioned EVOLVE talents were part of the incoming class along with Jacob Kasper, a two-time NCAA All-American amateur wrestler.

Kasper was first recruited by Gerald Brisco and attended a three-day tryout back in 2018.

Some of the new talents have already featured on WWE TV in recent months. Leon Ruff has primarily been used as an enhancement talent and most recently lost to Austin Theory on last night's NXT. Brandi Lauren also appeared at NXT TakeOver: XXX as one of the hot tub girls during Damian Priest's celebration.
