Keith Lee has been on a roll in WWE recently. Since NXT TakeOver: WarGames he has devoured opponents with his limitless ability on NXT and stood toe to toe with the top stars on the main roster.

However, The Undisputed ERA has been a constant thorn in Lee's side in recent months and he aimed to exact revenge on last night's episode of NXT as he went one on one with Roderick Strong for the North American title.

The Limitless One took an unholy beating during the match as Strong worked on the ankle he injured last week. Keith's night looked to be over after taking an Olympic Slam from the top rope, but he kicked out at the count of one.

Strong derailed Lee's short burst of momentum quickly, however, as he applied the Ankle Lock, falling to the floor with the submission locked in to put the former PWG World champion in even more pain. While in agony, Keith was able to muster some of his remaining strength and drag himself to the bottom rope.

After this, The Undisputed ERA got involved in the match as they tried to distract Lee. While he was able to fight them off the apron, the distraction allowed Strong to deliver a knee to Keith's face followed by a vicious Dropkick, seemingly to end the match.

Milliseconds before the referee's hand slapped the mat for a three-count, Lee lifted his shoulder to keep his Championship hopes alive. The Limitless One then mustered all of his remaining strength to rise to his feet and as Strong bounced off the ropes, Keith countered into Ground Zero and covered the champion for the 1-2-3.

With that, Keith Lee ended The Undisputed ERA's Championship prophecy as he was crowned the new NXT North American champion
