More Details Reportedly Emerge Regarding Charlotte Flair's Standing In WWE
Flair has been embroiled in controversy over the last week

Further details regarding Charlotte Flair's relationship with the rest of the WWE women's roster have reportedly emerged.
Reports over the last week have suggested that Flair has 'isolated' herself from the rest of the women's division in WWE with The Queen particularly protective of her character and booking. This became notable during the October 23 SmackDown when Flair deviated from the planned script for the 'Championship Exchange' with Becky Lynch, reportedly leading to a backstage altercation between the two.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there has been an unhappiness with how Flair structures her matches from a number of individuals in the women's locker room for some time.
It is noted that, despite wanting to be a heel and currently being listed as a heel in WWE, Flair will often utilise 'babyface' moves in matches such as Moonsaults and dives. It is suggested that this, in turn, makes it difficult for the babyface in the match with Flair to actually get over.
It should be raised that the idea of heel wrestlers doing more spectacular moves has been utilised in wrestling for some time.
Meltzer goes on to report that some feel that Rhea Ripley should have been the one to go over in the feud with Flair earlier this year, allowing WWE to create a new star instead of her cooling off at the expense of the already established Flair. While those individuals feel Flair should have 'made' Ripley, Meltzer notes that those decisions are down to Vince McMahon himself and not The Queen.
In terms of future plans for Charlotte, Meltzer reports that the long-term idea was to build the SmackDown Women's Division around her with the ultimate goal of her becoming the first individual in WWE, male or female, to hold a record 17 World Championships.
