Will we see "The Big Rig" back on the road again soon?
WWE performer
Luke Harper filed a trademarkon his old "Brodie Lee" ring name on November 26, according to a report from PWInsider.
Per the report, the filing reads, "C 025. US 022 039. G & S: Shirts / IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer."
Harper announced back in April that he had requested his release from WWE. His request was denied, and WWE reportedly tacked on an additional six months to his contract, to make up for lost injury time.
Harper's deal was reportedly set to expire in November.
After his release request was made public, Harper sat out for close to six months, before returning at September's Clash of Champions pay-per-view, assisting longtime partner Erick Rowan in his win over Roman Reigns.
Harper's most recent match for the company took place on November 16, in which he, Cesaro, Dolph Ziggler, and Robert Roode lost to Apollo Crews, Shorty G, and Lucha House Party at a house show in Washington, DC.
