Kofi Kingston Signs Multi-Year Deal To Remain With WWE

Kofi Kingston revealed on the latest episode of
The New Day's "Feel the Power" podcastthat he has signed a brand new deal with WWE that should keep him with the promotion into his forties.
On the podcast, the 38-year-old Kingston was discussing how his body has been holding up, mentioning, “I’m not done. I just signed another five-year contract. We got five years. Who knows what my body is gonna be like in those five years.”
The announcement comes eight months after Kingston captured the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35 in East Rutherford, NJ, defeating Daniel Bryan. He went on to hold the title for six months, before losing it to Brock Lesnar on the premiere episode of WWE SmackDown on FOX.
Currently, Kingston reigns as SmackDown Tag Team champion alongside partner Big E.
Kingston debuted on WWE's main roster in early 2008 as part of the ECW brand. Over the past dozen years, he's reigned as WWE champion, Intercontinental champion four times, United States champion three times, and has reigned nine times overall as some form of Tag Team champion.
