Hulk Hogan Says He Received A Voice Message From Roddy Piper Two Days After He Died

In a new claim from Hulk Hogan, the 70-year-old has said he received a voice message from "Rowdy" Roddy Piper... two days after Piper died.

"It was a voice message... this text message came in two days after he died and it goes 'I'm just loving you, my brother. Just walkin' with Jesus. Walkin' with Jesus and loving you, my brother,' I was like, 'He would have never said that when he was here,'" Hogan stated on the 700 Club.

In a shocking twist, Hogan is actually telling the truth. During the A&E biography on Piper, Hulkster revealed that he received the voice message following Piper's passing, likely due to his phone "screwing up." In the documentary, Hogan did admit to being freaked out by the incident, comparing it to aliens.

Roddy Piper passed away on July 31, 2015. Piper and Hogan were on-screen rivals throughout their pro wrestling careers but the Hulkster noted they grew closer in Piper's later years.

Other comments made by Hogan during his appearance on the 700 Club were that Andre the Giant couldn't use knives and forks when eating and that Iran had 444 American hostages in January 1984 when he defeated The Iron Sheik for the WWE Championship. Hogan appears to have been confused by the Iran Hostage Crisis, however, which lasted 444 days.

A recent claim from Hogan was that the head of Paramount wanted to make him the next John Wayne.
