Goldberg Open To WWE Contract Extension
Goldberg is believed to have one match left on his current deal

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg has revealed that he is open to signing a contract extension with WWE, should the promotion offer him one.
Goldberg’s current contract runs through to 2023 and is for two matches per year, but with the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion wrestling three times last year, it is believed that Goldberg has just one match left on his current deal.
However, in an interview with Sports Illustrated, Goldberg revealed that after his next match is done and dusted, he would be open to signing a new deal:
“I’m focused on what’s next,” Goldberg said. “If they want to come back to me with something, we’ll talk. You never know what the future holds.”
Since returning to in-ring action at Survivor Series 2016 against Brock Lesnar, Goldberg has wrestled a further ten times, with his title laden run dividing fan opinion.
Goldberg’s last match was a No Holds Barred match against Bobby Lashley at WWE Crown Jewel 2021 this past October.
