Brock Lesnar's future with WWE is in doubt after the multi-time world champion was implicated in Janel Grant's lawsuit filed against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE. McMahon was accused of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse while WWE have been accused of attempting to cover up the allegations against McMahon. John Laurinaitis has been accused of sexual assault.

While not directly named in the lawsuit, a "former UFC Heavyweight Champion" was referenced and later confirmed to be Lesnar by the Wall Street Journal. Grant alleges in the lawsuit that she was used as a sexual pawn by Vince McMahon in his attempts to re-sign Lesnar in 2021 to the point one of the informal conditions of Lesnar's return was that he could "f**k" Grant. Grant was also allegedly directed by McMahon to produce "personalized sexual content" for Lesnar, which included a video of her urinating. Two sexual encounters were also allegedly arranged but did not take place.

Addressing the situation on Wrestling Then & Now, former WWE talent Dawn Marie revealed that Lesnar wanted to hook up with her before he began dating Sable.

"Before Rena [Sable] was there, he had told a few people he wanted to hook up. I was with Chuck [Palumbo] at the time, but no one really knew 'cause back then you kept everything secret. He's not my type, Brock. He's just not my thing. And he was offended. I don't know. So then he just kind of didn't like me, but he wasn't mean or anything. Just nothing. And then Rena came and they fell in love and that's wonderful. I'm happy for her. But I think he never wanted me to tell - he was so afraid of me telling her that he wanted to hook up. You know, that he's interested. I was supposed to go to their wedding. He threw out my invitation," Marie said.

The former WWE talent then revealed her reaction to the Lesnar allegations, adding: "The first thing I thought when I heard, when it was like he may be involved, I was like, oh that motherf****r, he's in. I know he's in neck-deep. That's just Brock. He's a little rough around the edges. That's just who he is. I'm not saying he’s bad, I'm just saying there's fire there with that smoke. That son of a b*tch. Like, what? She's [Rena] such a good woman. She's just the nicest person. She's dedicated her whole life to him, she just disappeared. She went into the mountains, had babies...it makes me not like him more. I won't say I don't like him. I don't have respect [for him]."

Since the lawsuit, Vince McMahon has resigned as TKO Executive Chairman. Lesnar's WWE return in the Royal Rumble was also scrapped and the company has since looked to distance themselves from Brock.
