Charlotte Flair's actions at the end of Monday Night Raw have earned her a suspension and fine from WWE.

In the closing match of Raw, Flair faced Asuka and had 'The Empress Of Tomorrow' in the Figure-Eight. However, Raw Women's Champion Rhea Ripley interfered, breaking up the pin. Referee Eddie Orengo didn't see the interference, and Asuka was able to get the victory with a Crucifix Pin.

After the match, Flair attacked Orengo, repeatedly striking him in the back of the head and, despite the efforts of other WWE Officials, would go back and attack the referee twice more.

Adam Pearce would condemn Flair's actions on Raw Talk and announce the 13-time Women's Champion has received a $100,000 fine and is 'indefinitely suspended' as a result of her actions.

Of course, Pearce's sanctions are within WWE storyline and will likely be utilised to further the developing storyline between Flair, Asuka and Ripley.

Flair only returned to WWE television last week for the first time since testing positive for COVID-19 last month.
