Austin Theory isn't having much luck on WWE TV right now.

The Money In The Bank briefcase holder has repeatedly failed to cash in his contract for an Undisputed WWE Universal Title match since winning the MITB Ladder Match in early July. This includes him being knocked out in high-profile spots at SummerSlam and Clash at the Castle.

That failure has also extended to his matches and Theory is currently on a 15-match losing streak since his win over Dolph Ziggler at a house show on August 21. Theory's losing streak does include losses at non-televised live events but he has also suffered plenty of setbacks on TV, being defeated by Kevin Owens twice and Drew McIntyre on TV.

Mr. Money In The Bank then suffered another loss on the October 10 edition of Monday Night Raw, being pinned by his former The Way faction-mate Johnny Gargano following One Final Beat.

Theory's booking is common with heel Money In The Bank briefcase holders, with many of them suffering plenty of losses before finally successfully cashing in to win a world title.
