Since All Elite Wrestling started, they have utilised legends of the professional wrestling industry in key roles on Dynamite. Two of the original members of The Four Horsemen, Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard, currently manage Cody and Shawn Spears, while Diamond Dallas Page has often appeared alongside The American Nightmare, and even wrestled in his first match in almost four years on a recent episode of Dynamite.

Now, another professional wrestling legend has joined the company as WWE Hall Of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts interrupted Cody's promo on last night's episode of Dynamite. After Cody called out MJF, Roberts made his way to the ring and said he was sick of hearing him "cry and bitch" about losing to The Salt Of The Earth. He then explained that after 20 years, he was finally clean and had come to AEW for one thing and one thing only. To slay "oh mighty Caesar" Cody Rhodes.

The Snake then said he had a client that will bring the dark side to AEW. Roberts did not reveal who his client was, but fans on social media have pointed out that the Ides Of March, when Caesar was assassinated in 44 BC, is next Sunday on March 15, only three days before Brodie Lee is expected to debut in AEW.

Another name touted as Roberts' client is former NJPW star Lance Archer, who was scheduled to make his AEW debut on last night's show, but for some reason wasn't used.

Either way, fans will have to wait to see who Roberts reveals as his Brutus to slay Caesar.
