Ring Of Honor have a new World Television Champion.

The latest episode of ROH TV started airing over the weekend on Sinclair affiliates and regional sports channels and Dalton Castle defeated Dragon Lee on that show to capture the TV Title.

The match took place at ROH's recent tapings, which were filmed in front of no fans.

This is the first time Dalton Castle has held gold in Ring Of Honor since he lost the ROH World Championship to Jay Lethal back in June of 2018. He has also previously held the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Title with The Boys.

With Castle's win, Dragon Lee's reign as champion comes to an end after over 130 days. The popular luchador won the gold for a second time at Best In The World in July but he only defended it once, against Eli Isom on an August episode of ROH TV.

Castle's win also comes at a time of upheaval in Ring Of Honor. The promotion will hold what is traditionally their biggest show of the year, Final Battle, in December and then go on hiatus for Q1 2022 to "reimagine" ROH.

Elsewhere on the latest episode of ROH TV, Brian Johnson defeated John Walters in a Pure Rules Match and Mandy Leon overcame Allysin Kay and Trish Adora in a Three-Way to become the number one contender for the ROH Women's World Title.
