Ricky Starks Considering Suing The Alamodome Over Leaked WWE Royal Rumble Photo

Ricky Starks could be set to take legal action against the Alamodome.

The stadium hosted the 2023 edition of WWE's Royal Rumble pay-per-view in January and a leaked photo from what appeared to be CCTV footage revealed that All Elite Wrestling's Ricky Starks accompanied Cody Rhodes backstage for the event.

The leaked image caused a stir online and after initially joking about the situation during an appearance on the Swerve City podcast, Starks revealed he is considering suing the Alamodome.

"I'm in the process of maybe, maybe suing Alamodome and getting some money out of it because, how are you a security guard and go, 'You know what I got? Rewind the tape. Let me show you right quick,'" Starks said.

Cody Rhodes has addressed the leaked photo since the Royal Rumble, noting he won't be having friends backstage at WWE shows anymore. Rhodes went on to win the Royal Rumble match at the pay-per-view and he will face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 39.
