The third-annual AEW Double or Nothing has posted promising numbers, according to a report from Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.

The report states that Double or Nothing drew about $6.1 million in total for AEW (with a net revenue of $3 million for the organization). That would put it behind only the $6.8 million grossed by Revolution on March 7.

With the capability of full capacity at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, AEW sold about 4,700 tickets, to the tune of about $300,000 (with an additional $71,000 going towards merchandise at the venue).

As far as pay-per-view goes, Double or Nothing accounted for 115,000 pay-per-view buys across all global platforms. If true, that would make it the second-most bought pay-per-view in AEW's brief history, behind only, again, March's Revolution (135,000).

Thurston's report estimates 80,500 domestic buys for Double or Nothing, with 34,500 coming internationally.

As for the two prior incarnations of the event, the 2019 Double or Nothing accounted for 98,000 buys, while the 2020 event did 105,000.

Double or Nothing 2021 was the first AEW pay-per-view to take place in front of a full-capacity crowd since the Revolution 2020 in Chicago. The pay-per-view was preceded by a full-capacity episode of Dynamite two nights earlier.
