Some talents within All Elite Wrestling, even those on the receiving end of pushes in the promotion, still want to make the jump to WWE, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

If any talent will end up signing with WWE within the next two years is, obviously, unknown but Meltzer noted some if not all of the talent who want out of AEW will receive the opportunity to sign with WWE when their contracts with Tony Khan's promotion are up.

Meltzer wrote: "There are still people there who want to be in WWE that are getting some push, and some if not all will get the chance when their deals are up."

Several AEW talents, including the likes of Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews, and Andrade El Idolo, have previously tried to leave AEW in order to go back to WWE. This occurred in the weeks after Triple H became WWE Chief Content Officer in 2022 when WWE allegedly reached out to a number of AEW talents despite them being under contract. AEW ended up sending WWE a cease-and-desist to bring the practice to an end.
