IMPACT Wrestling announced last night that Hardcore Justice will return on April 10 as an IMPACT Plus special. The card will be put together by Tommy Dreamer and will air on the same day as night one of WrestleMania 37. As the name suggests, lots of weapons can be expected.

This will be the first Hardcore Justice show in six years. The event was a regular TNA pay-per-view from 2005 until 2012, when the company decided to cut back to four pay-per-views per year. The event stuck around for three more years as a TV special but was scrapped altogether in 2015.

The final Hardcore Justice took place on May 1, 2015, and was headlined by Eric Young vs. Kurt Angle in a Stretcher match. Drew Galloway also defeated Low Ki in a Pipe On A Pole match on the show.

Hardcore Justice will be the fourth IMPACT Plus special of 2021. The company has already broadcast Genesis, No Surrender and Sacrifice this year. Hardcore Justice will then be followed by the Rebellion pay-per-view two weeks later on April 24, which is scheduled to be headlined by a title vs. title match between Kenny Omega and Rich Swann.
