More details have been revealed about 2 Cold Scorpio's (real name Charles Scaggs) arrest on June 15 after he allegedly stabbed a man at Love's Travel Stop in Kansas City, Missouri. Scaggs has been charged with one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action, both of which are felonies.

POST Wrestling has obtained the probable cause statement from the Clay County, Missouri Prosecutor's Office, which includes accounts of the stabbing from 2 Cold Scorpio, the unnamed victim, and an unnamed witness.

The victim, in the statement, said that he entered Love's Travel Stop to withdraw money from an ATM and he was confronted by 2 Cold Scorpio, who works as a security guard at a shop, as he was leaving the establishment about smoking inside. The victim claimed that he pushed Scaggs away, at which point Scaggs attacked him.

2 Cold Scorpio has claimed that he saw the victim smoking inside and upon issuing a warning, the victim said, "F you, the f**k you gonna do?". Scorpio then asked the man to leave and placed his hand on the victim's back, which escalated the situation as the victim responded, according to Scaggs, with: "Get your f*cking hands off of me don't f*cking touch me... I'm a f*cking kill you. I'm a f*cking break you."

After this, the victim allegedly threatened to knock out Scaggs, who told him to back up and pushed him. The victim then tried to grapple with Scaggs and Scorpio has claimed he went for his brass knuckles but reached his knife instead and took it out "in a defensive stance". After the victim wrestled Scaggs to the ground, the former ECW World Television Champion "probably stabbed him a couple of times as he was punching and using the knife at the same time to get away from the victim."

The managers then came out after the six to seven-minute-long altercation. When police officers arrived at 3:40 am, they found the victim lying on the ground with a witness applying a cloth to his head as he passed in and out of consciousness. The victim had stab wounds to his head, chest, buttocks, back of the leg, and abdomen. The two chest stab wounds were said to be "six to seven inches and the other three to four inches."

2 Cold Scorpio had swelling and redness on the left side of his face, a red mark on the bridge of his nose, a laceration on his thumb, a large scratch on his left forearm/elbow, and minor scratches, as well as redness on the inside of his right forearm/elbow.

The probable cause statement reveals that the victim acknowledged they initiated the altercations. Regardless, the statement concludes that Scorpio "should be considered a danger to the public" due to the "violent nature of the incident."

Scaggs has bonded out of prison and pleaded not guilty to all charges, claiming self-defence.
