Wardlow Wants 'Money Match' With Top WWE Star

He may be riding high as the AEW TNT Champion, but Wardlow has revealed a ‘money match’ he’d love to have with a top WWE star.

Appearing on the Zaslow Show, ‘War Dog’ listed several opponents he wants to face in AEW, before revealing his dream WWE match:

"Kenny Omega is very, very high on that list," Wardlow began, "Now that's something that's obviously very realistic, and something I anticipate happening. Jon Moxley is also at the top of that list. I want those two more than anybody. Outside of that, as far as a dream match, I always saw Wardlow vs. Lesnar to be the biggest money match in the history of wrestling. So that'd be my dream match, I guess."

Rumours have long suggested that WWE have their eye on Wardlow, with the former Pinnacle heavyweight having all the characteristics of a ‘Vince McMahon guy’, and despite McMahon having recently departed WWE, you’d imagine the ball will be in Wardlow’s court when it comes to contract negotiations with AEW.
