Cash Wheeler is reportedly doing okay after sustaining what appeared to be a nasty looking injury during a tag-team match on AEW Dynamite.

Wheeler, tagging with FTR teammate Dax Harwood, was taking on Santana and Ortiz, was perched upon the top turnbuckle but was shoved off the ropes and to the outside floor. On the way down, Wheeler's right arm visibly connected with the metal between the ring post and the turnbuckle.

The 34-year-old was visibly in pain as he grabbed hold of his arm and made his way around the ring towards medical attention, while the referee also made every attempt to signal that Wheeler required assistance. His arm was clearly covered in blood following the freak accident.

According to PWInsider, Wheeler was immediately given treatment by the medical staff and have been told that the former AEW World Tag Team Champion is doing okay following the injury.

At this time, there is no word if Wheeler will be required to miss any in-ring action.
