Adam Copeland at the very least is "beat up" following AEW Double or Nothing

Adam Copeland is "beat up" and being checked out for any injuries following AEW Double or Nothing.
Copeland defended his TNT Championship against Malakai Black in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match at AEW Double or Nothing on Sunday night in a match that featured plenty of violence, as well as a Brood reunion between Adam Copeland and Gangrel. There was also a rough landing during the match as Adam Copeland dived from the top of the cage to put Malakai Black through a barbed wire table, only for Copeland to somehow land on his feet.
Tony Khan addressed Copeland's status at the AEW Double or Nothing media scrum, saying:
"We are checking him out. That was an amazing Barbed Wire Cage Match. He has been so awesome for us since he came in and I am knocking on all of the wood and crossing all of my fingers and toes that he is okay. Adam Copeland arriving in AEW, it came at the perfect time for us. What a run he's having. I was hoping he would be sitting here with Tanahashi-san and myself right now. He's really beat up and I'll cross my fingers and hope he's okay. That would be the best thing for AEW."
Adam Copeland has been a part of All Elite Wrestling since October 2023, having debuted in the promotion only a short time after his WWE deal expired. Copeland had a months-long feud with Christian Cage that culminated with him winning the TNT Championship. The former Edge has since introduced the Cope Open.
