With the rebrand from IMPACT to TNA Wrestling just round the corner, the promotion are gearing up for a new dawn. However, TNA may be moving into the next chapter without one of their top stars.

After a title laden three year run with the company, it looks as though Deonna Purrazzo is set to depart IMPACT, per a report from Fightful Select.

Purrazzzo’s deal is set to expire at the beginning of 2024, with the ‘Virtuosa’ set to explore the free agent’s market after the expiration of her deal. Whilst some in TNA hoped Purrazzo would stay, she is not booked for any appearances after the Final Resolution tapings on the weekend of December 9.

In IMPACT, Purrazzo is a three-time Knockouts World Champion, and is also a one time Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion, having defeated Rok-C for the title in an IMPACT ring in early 2022. Purrazzo has been featured on promotional materials ahead of the TNA relaunch at Hard to Kill in January 2024, and whilst for now it seems Purrazzo is set to depart the company, the two sides remain on good terms with the door open for a new deal to be reached, or for a Purrazzo return later down the road.
