While the rankings used to be a prominent part of All Elite Wrestling's programming, they have not been updated since August 31, with reports noting that the promotion had decided to de-emphasise them.

The rankings could be set to return to prominence, though, with Tony Khan revealing to Comicbook.com that he is now reevaluating his decision to not update them.

"I haven't updated it lately because I think so much has been fluid, coming out of the Grand Slam Tournament of Champions in particular. It's a fluid situation coming out of Grand Slam and I think now I'm reevaluating it and quite possibly (I) could bring them back soon, but certainly made a lot of changes for the better that led to our best ratings of the year in many ways because we really zoned in and have had, I think, a lot of our best shows in recent months," Khan said.

AEW have had a tumultuous month with their championships due to the suspensions of CM Punk and The Elite. Jon Moxley has since been crowned AEW World Champion, while Death Triangle are the AEW World Trios Champions.
