WWE Mae Young Classic semi-finalist Toni Storm has reportedly signed a deal to become part of the company's UK division.

Dave Meltzer is reporting that the first ever PROGRESS Women's Champion has finally come to terms with WWE, after rumours of her signing have refused to go away since last year's MYC came to an end.

Storm will also be a part of the second Mae Young Classic, which is set to be filmed this coming August. Apparently, she was asked to be a part of Stardom's 5 Star Grand Prix Tournament which takes place in August and September, and with no confirmation of an appearance there, WWE swooped in and had her sign on the dotted line. Rumours of her finally joining picked up earlier in May, as it was stated that she was advertised to be a part of WWE's UK shows despite not being signed to the company.

Business is about to pick up for all of WWE's UK talent, with a second tournament set to take place on June 18 and 19. First-ever winner Tyler Bate will not be able to defend his crown, as he's scheduled to be part of a Six-Man Tag Team match alongside Pete Dunne and Trent Seven against NXT's Undisputed Era instead.

It's also being reported that despite signing with WWE, Storm will still be able to appear for the likes of PROGRESS and other indy promotions. Storm will undoubtedly be looking to get her women's title back after losing it to Jinny at Chapter 69: Be Here Now in Manchester on May 20.
