TNA Signs Alex Hammerstone

Alex Hammerstone has officially signed with TNA, with the former Major League Wrestling World Champion being unveiled as a full-time signing on February 29.

The announcement was made on TNA IMPACT, with it subsequently announced that Hammerstone will face Josh Alexander for a second time at TNA Sacrifice on March 8.

Hammerstone exited MLW in late 2023 after several years in the promotion, and made his TNA debut at Hard to Kill in a losing effort to Alexander. Reports at the time suggested TNA were interested in bringing Hammerstone back in, with later reports suggesting that Hammerstone was ‘expected’ back in a TNA ring at some point.

No information has been revealed as to the length of Hammerstone’s deal, nor if his signing makes him exclusive to the promotion. Aside from TNA, Hammerstone has also worked for GCW and various other independent promotions since exiting MLW.
