Mar 9, 2024
TNA Wrestling held their Sacrifice event last night at the St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and it was a show which saw title changes, streaming issues for some fans, last minute matches changes, and more.
It was the tag team divisions on both the men’s and women’s side that had a real shake up, as both sets of belts changed hands. Over on the men’s side, Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards defeated ABC’s Chris Bey & Ace Austin, putting an end to their 139 day reign. For Edwards, he scores his sixth TNA World Tag Team Championship, whereas Myers wins his second.
Over on the women’s side, MK Ultra’s Masha Slamovich & Killer Kelly dropped their TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships to the team of Dani Luna & Jody Threat, known as Spitfire. This reign only lasted for around two weeks after they won the belts at the recent No Surrender event.
